These terms explain how purchases and downloads work on idunneditorial.com, which is run by Identidad y Desarrollo, S.C. (Idunn Editorial), Río Pánuco 213, Suite 4, Colonia Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Mexico City, Mexico. They describe the same rules as our Spanish-language terms. Your information is handled as our privacy policy describes.
What you buy
We sell printable PDF materials and personalized digital products, such as activity books and pages with a child’s name and character. Each product page says what’s included, what age it’s for and which formats you get. Prices include any applicable taxes and are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
How it’s delivered
Shop materials download from your order email and from your account. Personalized products are made after payment, usually within a few minutes, and we email you when they’re ready in your library, where you can download them as many times as you like while your account is active.
Using the materials
You can print and photocopy what you buy for your home or your classroom, as many times as you need. You may not resell the files, upload them to other sites or pass them off as your own. The texts, illustrations and designs belong to Idunn Editorial.
Personalized products: corrections and refunds
Before you pay, you see a preview with the name and the character. Take your time with it: the product is made from those details.
- If we made a mistake (the file won’t open, comes out incomplete or doesn’t match what you chose), write to us
and we’ll fix it or refund you.
- If you misspelled the name or picked the wrong option, write to us within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll
redo it once, free of charge.
- Personalized digital products: if you’re not happy with it, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your
purchase by writing to [email protected] with your order number.
- Personalized printed or physical products: each copy is printed for one particular child, so once it goes to
print it can’t be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or with an error of ours, we’ll replace it.
Shop materials that aren’t personalized are delivered instantly and can’t be returned once downloaded, unless the file is defective.
Your account
Personalized products need an account, because that’s where your library lives. We create it with your order email and send you an email to set your password; keep it safe. If your account goes 24 months without activity, we’ll let you know and then delete the personalized products and their data, as our privacy policy explains.
Changes to these terms
If we change them, we’ll post the new version on this page with its date. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in effect on the day of purchase.
