Effective October 21, 2026. This page summarizes our terms and conditions; if the two ever seem to say different things, the terms prevail.
To ask for a refund, a correction or a replacement, write to [email protected] with your order number, which you’ll find in your confirmation email. We reply by email, and most requests are settled within a few days. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, PayPal or card, within 5 business days of our confirming them; depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to show on your statement.
Printable activity books and materials
Activity books and printables from the shop are delivered as soon as you pay, in your order email and in your account. Once downloaded, they’re exchanged or refunded only when the file is defective: if it won’t open, is missing pages or doesn’t match what you bought, write to us and we’ll send you the right file or refund what you paid.
Personalized digital products
If you’re not happy with an activity book or printable made with your child’s name, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
When the mistake is ours, because the file won’t open, comes out incomplete or doesn’t match what you chose, we’ll fix it or refund you. And if you misspelled the name or picked the wrong option, let us know within those same 7 days and we’ll redo it once, free of charge.
Personalized printed books
You have 24 hours after paying to review your order and ask us for a change, or to cancel it for a full refund. After that, the book goes to print with one particular child’s name on it, and from then on it can’t be refunded for a change of mind.
If it arrives damaged or with an error of ours, send us a photo within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll reprint it free of charge or refund what you paid. We’ll do the same if 30 days go by after the estimated delivery date and the book still hasn’t arrived.
If the address was incomplete or misspelled and the package comes back or gets lost, we can resend or reprint it, charging shipping or printing again.
If a price was posted by mistake
We’ll let you know before delivery, and you choose between paying the correct price or canceling for a full refund.
Purchases from the European Union or the United Kingdom
The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital products, that right ends once the download starts, which is why we ask you to agree to immediate delivery at checkout. Personalized printed books are made to your specifications and don’t carry that right. The guarantees on this page cover you just as they cover anyone else who buys from the shop.
Complaints
Write to us first: with your order number at hand, most cases are settled in a couple of emails. If you’re still not satisfied, in Panama you can turn to the consumer protection authority (Autoridad de Protección al Consumidor y Defensa de la Competencia, ACODECO), and in your own country, to the consumer authority there.
